About RDR

Back in 2001, Real Dance Radio was born, and continued to be a strong online presence in the Live365 Dance Chart, as well as sustaining a strong listener base on independent streams.

In June 2008, the station was closed due to financial reasons. In November 2009 Real Dance Radio was back on air.

Operated by a US based Windows 7 Server, with Sam4, shoutcast, icecast and Live365, this is Real Dance Radio

In March 2010 we launched our new strap line “Your Weekend Station” – We love the weekend, which means we cram our schedule with the latest mixes from our DJ’s – Including exclusive mixes from some of the best DJ’s from around the world!

When it’s not the weekend, we play the best Dance Music 24/7 – With no adverts!!!

July 2010:
RDR broadcasts dance music and funky house across the world 24/7 – We also air 17 Radio Mixes every week, all brand new and full to the brim of new dance music!

We broadcast our own independant streams and broadcast on the Live365 network! This is dance music at it’s best, this is Real Dance Radio.
We do excatly what we say on the tin – REAL DANCE RADIO!
